Grape Variety: Rondinella, Molinara
Harvest: September
Vinification: Selected cluster and put to dry for 3 months. 18-22 days sking contact temperature control fermentation.
Aging: 12 month in 50hectoliter cask, thank minimun 24 month affination in bottle.
Color: Red garnet.
Aroma: Intence and ethereal, with hint if Cherry liqueur, ripe plumb and coffee.
Tasting notes: Velvety, roboust and well balanced, with dry finish.
Service Temperature 68-70F
Alcoholic Grade 15%
