Product Description

Soil: Stony limestone
Grape Variety: 80%Corvina 1% Rondinella 10%Oseleta
Harvest: Mid September
Vinification: The grapes are put in 5kg boxes and dried for 120 day. Then starts the skin contact fermentation for about 20-25 days
Aging: part of the wine is aged in 225lt Slavonian barrel for about 40-45 months and part of the wine in 2000lt slavonian barrel, then 12 months of affination in bottle
Color: limpid, intence ruby red
Aroma: Pleasant balsamic notes of red fruit in alcohol. Dried flowers and dried fruits, with a hint of toasted vanilla ans spices
Tasting notes: dry, warm, very complex presence and balanced
Service Temperature 65-67F
