All wine is sold in California, and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation relative to your right to import wines into your state or county. The customer, by placing an order, warrants to us that he/she is aware of and in compliance with the laws governing said shipment into his/her area. ALL CALIFORNIA ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX-NO EXCEPTIONS! If we failed to add sales taxes when the order was placed, we reserves the right to correct and collect any sales taxes due. Alwaysgood Wherever You Want is committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. All of the items (except pre-orders) on our website are in-stock in our temperature controlled storage and available for shipment. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays.
All wines purchased through our website can be shipped in the following States: California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Idaho. Some limitation may apply.
Orders requesting delivery to states that prohibit alcoholic shipments will be void. Due to state laws and regulations, we cannot even accept internet orders for wine from certain states: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.
Shipping fees are based on the order total. The charges are as follows:

Shipping Rules, Regulations
Customer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. Unless you instruct us otherwise, you agree that we shall arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with a common carrier to make the delivery.
We regularly ship Ground: Monday – Thursday. We ship primarily with GSO using the various services available depending on conditions. At this time, we do offer also expedited shipping. This option is available at higher rates. Contact our Customer Service for a quote. Shipments generally are not in transit on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays to avoid packages sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
By Federal Law, you must be 21 years old to order and receive Wine and Spirits. By placing an order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. At the time of delivery, someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
We cannot leave packages on your doorstep and we cannot delivered to a P.O. Box.
If no one is available to sign for deliveries during the day at your shipping address, we recommends either the use of a business address to ensure prompt delivery, interruption-free delivery of your product. We have a higher delivery success rate when shipping to offices.
To avoid having your order returned to us, we strongly recommend that you ship to an address where there is always someone 21 or older available to sign for the shipment. NOTE: There is a standard restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable on returned orders.
If the delivery address you designate is located in an area that does not permit the delivery of alcoholic beverages to a consumer, we will ask you to provide an alternate, permissible delivery address.
For all in-stock product please allow up to 7 business days from the date of ordering. Shipping times vary depending upon location and circumstances. However, orders are usually processed within 1 business day and delivered 3-5 business days thereafter.
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances may put your order off until the next 2nd business day, so for this reason we encourage you to utilize the comment box on your order with any special shipping instructions or date requests. You can view the status of your order by logging into the system or by tracking your order with the tracking information provided in our shipping notification. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been processed for shipment. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be sent to you. We take great pride in ensuring that your wines do not receive temperature damage during shipment. Many parts of the States we cover as destination experience extreme high and low temperatures. Our “Weather Advisory”encourage you to not ship during extreme weather (especially winter and summer). Alcohol does not like being frozen or boiled and tends, in either case, to push the cork out of the bottle in an undramatic and very messy fashion. Our Carriers do not guarantee temperature control environments. One option it can be to take advantage of expedited shipping options, or opt to have your purchases held for more moderate shipping weather. Once items have been paid for, we strongly advise you to take advantage of our complimentary temperature-controlled storage service, up to two months before shipping, during periods of heat or extreme cold. We will contact you as soon as the weather conditions allow a safer shipping. Please allow us at least 72 hours prior notice before you would like your product shipped. However, if customers do not opt for the “HOLD option”, the shipment will be at their own risk. Alwaysgood Wherever You Want is not responsible for damage to wine and spirits, including leakage or damaged corks, resulting from heat or extreme temperatures during shipment. If "hold" wines are damaged due to an Act of God, Alwaysgoods LLC, cannot be held responsible. The terms and cost of shipment may vary from order to order.
Returns & Cancellations
We stand behind our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. So in case you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can use good faith efforts to make your order right!
We have a 10 days return policy. You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the shipment date if the wine is corked or we made an error in what we shipped to you. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable offer you an exchange, Company Credit or refund.

In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The products were purchased in the last 10 days
The products must be in the condition you received them (except for one opened, re-corked bottle) and in the original shipping box and/or packaging.
The products are not made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods "on sale" or discounted or purchase with "Promotional Code" cannot be refunded.
If you find any errors regarding the type of wine and vintage, please contact us within 3 days of your shipment date. If we have another bottle of the same wine, we will replace your bottle. If we do not, we can offer you a different vintage if available, or we will issue an account credit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the Winery or Distillery.
If shipment is returned for any reason other than our mistake, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable and a $13 restocking fee may apply to shipments that are returned to us as undeliverable. Therefore, we recommend the use of a business address to ensure prompt delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Also note that it is illegal to ship alcohol via USPS.. Go figure!
It is a sad fact of wine that some bottles are "corked". If you draw that unlucky bottle, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle since we can't take back any empty bottles. If your wine was oxidized, please contact us immediately as well. Be sure to keep the wine and cork, as the return of these items is required by California state law. We will either offer a replacement or a refund based on receipt of the bottle and cork.
Order Damaged in Transit
We use state-of-the-art shipping materials to minimize damaged shipments and improve customer experience. However, accidents can happen. In the unusual event you do experience a problem with a shipment or your shipment is damaged, it must be reported to us immediately. We may offer a replacement, discount or an account credit to be used for a later purchase. Alwaysgood Wherever You Want is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur during transit unless we receive notice from you within 3 days of the expected delivery date of the loss or damage to your product. We are not responsible for damage to wine, including leakage or damaged corks, resulting from heat or extreme temperatures during shipment. Company credit or replacement product will be provided after the unused product has been returned to us. Company credit can only be used towards the purchase of merchandise offered on Alwaysgoodwyw.com Company credit has no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash except as otherwise provided by law. Company credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
A cancelled order is an order that has been placed and payment processed. A cancellation fee of 5% of the merchandise amount will be assessed at the time of refund. If the order ships that cost too will be assessed.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Return and Returning an unwanted order.
A returned order is any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined by the buyer. This includes orders returned due to failed delivery attempts as result of adult signature not available. Upon receipt of a returned order back to our facility, an account credit will be issued less original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 10% of the merchandise amount. We are happy to assist with any returns for items purchased that you no longer want or need. Please let us know and we will arrange for the return and issue you an account credit for your returned items, less the original shipping charges, the return shipping and handling charges. The choice is yours.
Dissatisfaction with the Quality/Taste
At Alwaysgood Wherever You Want, our Sommelier team is proud to offer great values on some of the world's best wines. We work toward providing you with as much information as possible to help you make a selection you will enjoy. We are also happy to help you choose wines and provide recommendations by our experts as well as both customer and professional ratings. While ratings, testimonials and reviews may influence your decision, the ultimate judgment is yours. We cannot of course guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine or spirits you may select. If the rare occasion occurs where you don't like, you are dissatisfied or do experience a problem with the quality/taste of a wine you received, please let us know, within 10 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Special order items may not be returned or exchanged, unless the bottle is corked or spoiled. Following trade traditions, all red bottles ten years or older, and all white bottles five years or older, are purchased at the buyer's risk. Additionally, bottles or boxes that have been engraved will not be refunded, assuming engraving was executed as instructed.
Refunds (if applicable) or Company Credit
Refunds given only for product shipped in error or damaged in shipment. Any returns will be issued merchandise credit only. If you request a refund, once the package is returned to our warehouse will be inspected by our staff, usually within 72 hours of receipt. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then we will process your refund (minus shipping costs and a $13 restocking fee) and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. We have noticed that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to be posted to your account.
