Product Description

Soil: Clay-calcareous, calcareous-siliceous, marl of Diano.
Grape Variety: 50% Dolcetto 25% Nebbiolo 25% Barbera
Harvest: September/October
Vinification: Separate traditional fermentation for each grape variety, with daily pumping the must over the cup for at least 15days up to 30 days
Aging: Dolcetto age in stainless steel tank, while the Nebbiolo and the Barbera are aging separately for 12 months in French Oak. Then the wine are blended for 6 months of affination.
Color: Red color.
Aroma: Elegant, note of fruit.
Tasting notes: Persistent medium body, with fresh berry notes.
