Aging: | White ferentation, then 3 month Stainless steel tank. In January the wine ripass in the Amarone skin grapes to give color. 1 month in cement vat, then affination in bottle. |

Aroma: | Intence with hint of red berries anf floral. |
Tasting notes: | Fresh and balanced with a fragrance of red fruit. |
