Product Description

Soil: Moranic mix with clay
Grape Variety: Blend: Molinara, Rondinella, Corvina Veronese.
Harvest: August / September selected clusters.
Vinification: No skin fermentation at temperature controlled.
Aging: White ferentation, then 3 month Stainless steel tank. In January the wine ripass in the Amarone skin grapes to give color. 1 month in cement vat, then   affination in bottle.
Color: Pink Salmon.
Aroma: Intence with hint of red berries anf floral.
Tasting notes: Fresh and balanced with a fragrance of red fruit.
Service Temperature 50-55F
Alcoholic Grade 12%
