Product Description

Soil: Clay-calcareous, calcareous-siliceous, marl of Diano.
Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Harvest: September/October
Vinification: Traditional fermentation, with daily pumping the must over the cup for at least 15days up to 30 days
Aging: Nebbiolo is aging separately for at least 18 months in French Oak. Then the wine are let in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months of affination.
Color: Red color.
Aroma: Elegant, note of fruit.
Tasting notes: Persistent medium/full body, with fresh berry notes.
