Soil: Clay soil with marl and limestone with sandy veins
Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Harvest: October
Vinification: Skin contact maceration for 15-20 days
Aging: aged in small oak cask, then affination in bottle, after 38 months it is ready to be released
Color: Ruby red color infused with garnet highlights that develop with age
Aroma: Intense, etheral bouquet of ripe fruit with note of rose and raspberries, followed by hint of liquorice and spice
Tasting notes: Structure and elegant tannins with spicy mineral finsh
