Soil: Limestone rich in stone marl
Grape Variety: Merlot (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (28%), with accents of Malbec and Cabernet Franc
Harvest: August - September
Vinification: Temperature contrelled skin contact fermentation.
Aging: aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by eight more months in the bottle
Color: Intense ruby with purple reflections
Aroma: soft fruity notes, with hint of berries.

Lively flashes of dark plum, blackcurrants and discreet vanilla with a long, tangy, delightfully spicy finish
