Grape Variety: Merlot (76%), Cabernet Sauvignon (22%), with a twist of Malbec and a pinch of Cabernet Franc
Harvest: August - September
Vinification: Temperature contrelled skin contact fermentation.
Aging: 1 year French Tonneaux, than 120 days affination in bottle.
Color: Intense ruby with purple reflections
Aroma: soft fruity notes, with hint of berries.
