Product Description

Soil: Dolomitic limestone and clay texture.
Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Harvest: Late August
Vinification: Vinification in white, by immediately separating the skins from the must, by soft pressing. Fermented at 15-16°C with selected yeasts for 12-15 days.
Aging: 120 day in age in cement vat, then affination 60-90 days in bottle.
Color: A straw yellow wine with a greenish tinge.
Aroma: Bouquet of grass with a peach note on the finish.
Tasting notes: Great minerality, fresh, elegant at the palate.
Service Temperature 48-50F
Alcoholic Grade 12.50%
