Soil: Stony limestone
Grape Variety: 80%Corvina 15% Rondinella 5%Molinara
Harvest: Mid September
Vinification: The grapes are put in 5kg boxes and dry for 120 day. Then start the skin contact fermentation for about 20-25 days
Aging: part of the wine is aging in 225lt Slavonian barrel and part of the wine in 2000lt slavonian barrel, then 6 months of affination in bottle
Color: limpid, ruby red
Aroma: red fruit in alcohol with balsamic pleasant note and a hint of toasted vanilla ans spices
Tasting notes: dry, warm, very persistent and harmonius
Service Temperature 65-67F
Alcoholic Grade 15%
